I am the first Home inspector in our area to use Infrared Technology. Inspectors in other areas who use infrared often offer it as a costly extra service. This can be understandable because it does involve costly equipment and training. I will not do a Home Inspection or an energy audit without using my Infrared camera. I saythat I do a comprehensive home inspection and energy audit, and I would not feel comfortable offering my services without using this Invaluable tool.
