This means that I take a “home has a system” approach to all home performance surveys.  

All surveys (or audits) will involve:

A blower door air infiltration test with Room and Zone pressure testing

An Infrared Scan of the premises to find air and thermal  energy loss, and to evaluate insulation properties

An evaluation of your heating and cooling system,  including the Duct system performance  (which is often one of the biggest  energy loss issues)

 A safety check of the combustion safety and ventilation requirements  for your homes Air Quality.

A survey of your homes major appliances
